Project 4040 is an anti-human trafficking awareness campaign designed to educate both the general public and potential victims about the signs of trafficking.
The campaign’s primary focus is on the simple yet powerful hand sign that trafficking victims can use to discreetly signal for help,
with the goal of empowering those who are vulnerable and alerting others to possible trafficking situations.
For the public, Project 4040 provides crucial information on how to recognize the signs of trafficking and what steps to take if they see someone in distress. By raising awareness of this silent signal and offering a path to support, Project 4040 works to create a more informed, proactive community while giving victims a lifeline to safety.
