Catastrophic flash floods nailed the Texas Hill Country on the 4th of July leaving havoc, despair, grief and an overwhelming amount of heartbreak and tears as this tragedy claimed the lives of over 130 people. Kerr County and the surrounding areas will never be the same. Jeremy Locke with Aerial Recovery led a Humanitarian mission comprised of Special Operators and deployed to Texas during the floods to support local authorities, communities, and partners on the ground. Their efforts included search, rescue, and recovery missions. Jeremy joined the show to share his experiences of working one of the worst catastrophes in Texas State history.
